The program is comprised of 7 video recorded presentations coached by 2 professional trainers with presentation expertise. For each presentation there is a structure analysis, a model, and then the actual presentation with coaching being done both during the presentation and immediately after, during an individual review of the recording.

This training structure gives the participants the possibility to present and immediately after see the video of how they came across to their audience.

Each presentation focuses on issues that will support business professionals in their efforts to persuade and involve their audiences.
