Doru is a senior trainer and coach with a background in the NGO field, Training and Development Consulting, Pharma, and IT&Tech.

Working as a trainer for more than 15 years he has delivered programs for thousands of participants from industries such as Automotive, Banking, IT&Tech, Pharma and Retail and has developed deep, long-term partnerships with his key customers.

Loves working with multinational or cross-border teams and has significant experience with participants from as near as Rep. Moldova and Hungary and as far away as India and the Philippines – (including teams from countries as diverse as the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Greece, Saudi Arabia or the UAE).

Education:

His educational background is in Cultural Studies at the University of Bucharest.

Certified as a trainer for all of Dale Carnegie’s training programs and areas – with a particular lean towards anything that has to do with Human Relations – completed with a Solution Focused coaching certification.
