Susan Spader is President/CEO of Dale Carnegie Training Charlotte & Western North Carolina which covers 42 counties in North Carolina – from the Charlotte Metro Area to the mountain counties. Susan joined Dale Carnegie in 2000 and starred in various sales and management roles.  She acquired the franchise territory in 2012.

Susan delivers all of Dale Carnegie’s core programs and creates customized Corporate Solutions. As a testament to her training expertise, she is ranked as one of the top trainers in the Dale Carnegie global organization. Susan's specialized knowledge in finance, manufacturing, construction, information technology, healthcare and service industries allows her to work closely with more than 500 clients in the Charlotte and Western North Carolina area. She builds strong relationships and gains in-depth understanding of her client's businesses, enabling her to build enduring partnerships with her clients.

Susan earned a B.S. in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition to her continued commitment to Dale Carnegie Training, Susan actively participates in her local community. She continues to pursue the fickle game of golf.
