Tawee is certified trainer under the curriculum of Effective Communication and Human relations, Building Teamwork, Leadership and Public Speaking under ISO standard.

Tawee has worked in multi-national company with wide range of experiences including leadership position leaded the following area of responsibility; plant production leader, project manager, industrial park leader, environmental operation leader, infrastructure leader, engineering leader, organization design and change leader, Information technology and information system manager and product application development leader.

In addition to leadership role, he has exposure as technical specialist (Pacific area) organization effectiveness consultant (Pacific area), be part of national master plan study (hosted by Ministry of Energy) and working abroad assignment.
