Atchareeya Bansit

Atchareeya is now a Director of Transformation at Dale Carnegie Thailand. She had worked The Shell Company of Thailand, Downstream HR team, as HR Policy and Relations Manager since 2008. She was undertaking the role with a focus on HR policies, building a good understanding of business operations while expanding her network to enhance her role in employee relations

Atchareeya had previously served Nokia (Thailand) for as HR Manager responsible for all HR aspects ranging from recruitment, payroll, training and development, business partnering, designing policy and employee relations.
Prior to that, she worked for HayGroup as HR consultant for a number of years. Her main project related to job analysis, job evaluation, remuneration management at GE Capital and Bank of Thailand, and organization design for private and state enterprise organizations. Atchareeya also spent more than 4 years outside HR as Senior Assistant Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS where she gained experience in auditing financial statements, her major clients are financial industry i.e banking, fund management, and finance and leasing companies.

She is currently undertaking Ph.D. in Private and Public Management at Christian University. She received Master Degree in Human Resources Management from Mahidol University and Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Chulalongkorn University.
