Cindy Benson Delgado, CEO of Dale Carnegie New Mexico, is a Global Carnegie Master Trainer for Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc.® Cindy is a seasoned development and implementation specialist for Customer Solutions, reaching areas of the North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. She's served in over 20 countries to drive customer success, establish processes & procedures, and develop Dale Carnegie Trainers.

Cindy has substantial experience working with multi-national businesses. She's also developed presentation skills for Federal and State entities. Building and aligning performance expectations, implementing SMART goals, strategic planning, and customer service expectations, are among the many fundamentals in her repertoire.  Cindy views herself as a professional consultant, engaging in program design and implementation to meet client needs.
