Laton is a Tennessee Technological University graduate with his B.S. in Biology, Health Science and minors in both Speech Communications and Chemistry. He has been with Dale Carnegie since October 2016.

He was largely inspired by How to Win Friends and Influence People early in his college career and has been an advocate for personal development ever since. In his time with Dale Carnegie, he has advised hundreds of business professionals to a greater level of success.

Born and raised in Cookeville, TN, Laton has always loved Nashville. Hiking, camping, and going to the lake are some of his favorite activities, along with skydiving, meeting new people, and public speaking.
