Harry joined Dale Carnegie in November 2020 after retiring from the Air Force with 20 years of military service. Harry’s background in Aircraft Maintenance, Career Counseling, and Training & Development brings 10 years of leadership, coaching, and training experience to the team. As an advocate for employee engagement and interpersonal skills, he piloted the development of the Air Force’s first frontline leadership course in 2018 to address this skill gap, earning him the Air Force’s 2019 Employee and Organizational Development Director of the Year accolade. 

After taking the Dale Carnegie Course in early 2020, Harry experienced a profound “WOW” moment and knew he had found his next calling. Now, Harry brings his passion and commitment to serving others in his community. 

Harry graduated from Columbia Southern University with an MBA (Human Resource Development Concentration) with Magna Cum Laude honors.  He also has a graduate certificate from Gettysburg College in Executive Leadership. Additionally, as a small business owner in Sevier County since 2016, Harry brings over 5 years of business experience to the table when advising, coaching, and training clients. Harry is also a newly certified trainer.

Harry currently lives in Kodak, TN, with his wife Angie and their son Peyton. He enjoys reading, golf, food blogging, and playing with his two dogs, Hank and Grissom.
