Allyn is the Managing Partner of Dale Carnegie of Tennessee and Georgia. Since 2001, his leadership has resulted in multiple years of revenue and profit growth. His organization was recognized as Top Ten Market Penetration for Dale Carnegie Global in 2016. They were recognized as Top Three Cumulative Annual Growth Rate in 2017. His organization has also been a finalist multiple times for the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Awards for Ethical Commerce in Nashville.

In 2017, Allyn received the highest honor for Dale Carnegie franchisees: the “One Dale Carnegie” award, recognizing his contributions to Dale Carnegie's global network.

Allyn is a Senior Trainer with Dale Carnegie, working for 20+ years with organizations on subjects such as Winning in Sales, Executive Presence, Experience Innovation, Employee Engagement, Motivating Leadership, World Class Customer Service, High Impact Presentations, and Sustaining Growth. He has spoken to 150+ organizations and coached 1,000’s of professionals.

In 2014-2016, Allyn served as President of the International Dale Carnegie Franchise Association, an association of 290+ Dale Carnegie franchisees in 80+ countries.

He graduated from Harding University with a BBA in Sales. He is a former District Trainer with Rotary District 6760 and a Paul Harris Fellow. He currently lives in Murfreesboro, TN, with his wife and youngest daughter. He enjoys reading, hiking, and Predators Hockey.
