Kara started with Dale Carnegie in 2012 in the inside sales department. She now serves as VP of Tennessee Client Development. Kara’s team has achieved continual revenue growth, earning them international recognition at Dale Carnegie’s annual conventions.

As a certified Instructor, Kara’s enthusiasm and experience helps clients reach their full potential and exceed their expectations both inside and outside of the classroom. She is passionate about sales and enjoys coaching salespeople to reach new heights of success.

When she’s not working, you can find Kara traveling, attending live music and sports events, or watching her Dallas Cowboys!
