Kristy has been with Dale Carnegie Training for 14 years. She started as a sales representative calling course graduates and asking them about how their lives had changed since taking the training. She remembers always feeling thoroughly inspired after every conversation. Since then, Kristy has moved into multiple different positions within the company and is now the General Manager, here, at Dale Carnegie Training of BC.

Prior to joining the Dale Carnegie team, Kristy lived in Switzerland for a year where she worked and travelled.

Her favourite part of the job is working with clients and helping them build the kinds of careers and companies they desire. Kristy thoroughly enjoys seeing work cultures grow and leaders thrive through the Dale Carnegie Training programs.

Travel, food, and learning about new cultures are all things Kristy is passionate about. A typical weekend is spent with her husband and 140lb Bernese Mountain Dog, Barkley. Together they enjoy hiking and visiting local wineries or breweries.
