Cindy has been an account manager at Dale Carnegie Training for 11 years. Prior to joining the Dale Carnegie team, Cindy spent 16 years in the aviation industry. Initially a flight attendant, she quickly moved into a safety training and instructional development role. Cindy also attended VCC and earned her Provincial Instructor Diploma.

Cindy’s favourite part about her job at Dale Carnegie is hearing from participants about how the training program has helped them. She finds the stories about how Dale Carnegie has aided people to break through the barriers that have been holding them back from achieving their professional and personal goals to be the most rewarding aspect.

In her spare time, Cindy loves to walk the many nature trails in her area! She also enjoys live music, especially the blues genre.

Cindy is inspired by those who have overcome personal challenges through hard work, determination, and a resolve to achieve their aspirations.
