Harris Teeter partnered with Dale Carnegie to create learning pathways for employees in different phases of their careers. One of those pathways became the Manager Development Program, where new managers complete a series of courses through Dale Carnegie Unlimited to graduate from the program. This approach helped the company build leadership capability in a way that was structured, practical, and aligned with internal growth goals.
