In her role as Business Support Manager Rachel plays a vital role in the success of many of our projects. For many people she is the first person they speak to before they come into our programmes as Rachel does much of the pre-programme coaching for our participants.

She is also the coordinator for many of our complex projects ensuring that things happen in a timely and smooth fashion.  Rachel is a great role model of the Dale Carnegie principles and is highly customer focused always going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
