I develop new business, work with existing clients, run training programmes and design "in house" courses which are run to meet specific organisational needs. I also work closely with Ed, who owns the franchise and Trish who is our Operations Director and as a team we are striving to grow the business, build respect internally and externally, achieve excellence, and we always aim for total customer focus.

With over twenty years of experience working for Dale Carnegie I have built up key skills and competencies allowing me to effectively facilitate change within organisations. Being the recipient of two international awards over the past year demonstrates my success and commitment in helping organisations and the people within them achieve their goals and ambitions.
